The Schools Concept
The Schools Concept is designed to improve the fitness levels of children and young adults (between 6 years to 14 years) at your school.
The Schools Concept will be executed in collaboration with the physical education teachers at the school, and our techniques will be integrated with existing coaching methods.

Have a discussion about your running goals, and how we work together to coach you to move better and run faster.
Setting goals
Our program involves analysing your current running style to assess any dysfunction in movements. Running biomechanical analysis to identify steps to reduce the risk of injury or to improve your performance or both.
Training programme
Based on your objectives and biomechanical analysis our therapist will use our in-house coaching methodology, provide step-by-step guidance and create a training program suited to your needs.
Tracking Progress
Continuous assessment and progress tracking of speed, agility, balance and coordination.
