The Schools Concept is designed to improve the fitness levels of children and young adults (between 6 years to 14 years) at your school.
The Schools Concept will be executed in collaboration with the physical education teachers at the school, and our techniques will be integrated with existing coaching methods.
The Adam Vital Way
Have a discussion about your running goals, and how we work together to coach you to move better and run faster.
Our program involves analysing your current running style to assess any dysfunction in movements. Running biomechanical analysis to identify steps to reduce the risk of injury or to improve your performance or both.
Based on your objectives and biomechanical analysis our therapist will use our in-house coaching methodology, provide step-by-step guidance and create a training program suited to your needs.
Continuous assessment and progress tracking of speed, agility, balance and coordination.
What we offer
Kids Running Programme
We teach children and young adults to move correctly by improving their body control, so they gain confidence to be more involved in physical activities and sports. They will learn basic motor skills as well as moving with better coordination and balance.
The Junior Programme focuses on physical performance enhancement and movement technique, in a fun way. Encouraging team play and team spirit.
Children and young adults will learn how to move properly by applying functional movement patterns within developmentally appropriate games to improve coordination, flexibility, core strength, balance, speed, and endurance.
We help improve or restore functional ability and quality of life by providing a host of modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic movement exercises and more.
Dynamic Movement Skills
A training methodology that stimulates the nervous system and helps develop neuromuscular efficiency and motor patterns.
Pedalo provides a great challenge full of fun and joy. Students develop their motor skills while combining varied play and exercise forms. The techniques involve group and competitive play leading to development of social skills, team cooperation and collaboration, leading to personal and team success.
Speed Court training puts muscles through a fuller range of motion, improving flexibility and agility.
A variety of challenges
Our training methods include functional movement analysis, speed light barriers and other competitive challenges to make the programme a fun exercise.
The Schools Concept is designed in a way to include activities, which are common for both teachers and students, as well as specific activities designed for each group.
