Eng. Mohammed Gheyath is the Chairman and Managing Director of Adam Vital Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation LLC and Adam Vital Hospital LLC. He has been instrumental in the expansion of Adam Vital Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation GmbH, introducing the brand and the practice to Dubai in the UAE from München, Germany, in 2011.

Over the years the Adam Vital Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Dubai has established itself as one of the leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices in the region, providing German-based disciplines in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports medicine, in a state-of-the-art facility, spanning over 22,000 ft2 of service area. Adam Vital has witnessed continuous growth since its inception in 2011 in Dubai, with a growth rate exceeding 25% per annum.

Concurrently, Eng. Mohammed holds the position of Executive Director at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, UAE. He has been working in the telecommunications sector for over 20 years. During this time he has held a number of prominent positions.

Having a wealth of knowledge and expertise in telecom networks and services, he served as Vice Chairman of the Telecommunications Standardisation Advisory Group in the International Telecommunications Union under the United Nations.

In December 2012, Eng. Mohammed Gheyath was appointed Director General for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Programme, responsible for leading the programme, launched in April 2012, towards fulfilling the UAE’s Vision 2021 of ranking amongst the premier countries in the world for knowledge and innovation.

Eng. Mohammed is a board member and partner in the GINCO Group of Companies, among which GINCO General Contracting LLC is an anchor company leading prominent projects in the UAE with clients such as Emaar, Nakheel, Al Wasl and Dubai Properties in addition to leading government institutions like Dubai Municipality.

In 2015, GINCO Investments LLC was established as an investment arm of the GINCO Group of Companies, with Eng. Mohammed as CEO. Being a partner and CEO, he has lead the company to become the leader in the market, and the first Emirati family business that acts as a pure play early stage venture capital company, investing in over 25 start-up companies, creating among the entities a market value of over USD100 million.

Eng. Mohammed leads the expansion programme of the group with a focus on Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation; Orthopaedics, Regenerative and Sports Medicine.
